Bruschetta-inspired tomato and balsamic pizza

Instructions

Coat with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
Add red onion, capsicum, basil, and crumbled feta.
Blot excess liquid away from tomato slices with paper towel and arrange evenly on pizza. Season to taste.
Coat the pizza bases with pesto and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Preheat oven to 200°C, and heat pizza stones/trays.
Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle with rocket.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil if using. Enjoy!
