Hi, I’m Steph, vet, writer, editor, vegetarian, vinyl addict and food enthusiast!

I started this blog because I love food. I love making food, I love admiring food, I love learning about food, I love sharing food, and most of all I love eating food. But it's more than that.

I want to bring you a new perspective. To bring you versatile recipes that you'll love, and that you'll actually use (and not just once!). To expand your pantry. To encourage you to experiment a little with your own cooking. To enjoy vegetarian cooking to its full extent.

Feta Hands is not about gourmet recipes, fine technique or precisely measured ingredients. It’s not about perfecting temperature or timing.

Feta Hands is about having fun, adding and subtracting, making wonderful mistakes, giving new vigour to tired old recipes... and crumbling feta on everything! (Truly, there are few things in life that can’t be enhanced by this versatile and delicious cheese.)
